At Castle Point & Basildon – Essential Canine Life Skills, our team is passionate about helping dogs and their owners build strong foundations for a happy, well-mannered partnership.
Led by franchise owner Nicki, an experienced educator with over 25 years in teaching and senior leadership, our trainers combine professional expertise with a genuine love of dogs. Every member of our team holds the Accredited ‘Spirit’ Dog Trainer Certificate, DBS checked, and qualified in Canine First Aid, ensuring you and your dog receive safe, knowledgeable, and supportive guidance throughout your training journey.
Our trainers use positive, reward-based methods to help dogs of all ages develop confidence, good manners, and Essential Life Skills in a fun and welcoming environment. Whether you’re starting with a new puppy or building on existing skills, our structured classes are designed to help both you and your dog succeed.
Nicki’s own experience training her Cocker Spaniels, Bella and Flynn, together with her background in leadership, provides the strong foundation and high standards that underpin every class. As the franchise has grown, she has expanded her leadership to include Basildon and the surrounding areas, allowing even more dog owners to benefit from our trusted training and dedicated team.
